Do I need a tourist licence?
It depends on the area and the type of property. We verify this before starting and, where applicable, we handle the licence and the traveller registration.
How long does it take to bring the property into operation?
With the property ready and the paperwork in order, we usually publish within days: photography, listing on the platforms and a synchronised calendar.
Who takes care of cleaning and incidents?
Our own staff in the area. Cleaning between stays, laundry and repairs are covered by us.
